I'm Back!

Baby Ava says...."HELLO!!!!!!"

Nothing too exciting happening on our end lately. We had a small Thanksgiving this year. I made everything on my own (I am really proud of myself)including: Turkey breast, homemade cranberry sauce and the normal side items. I also made a cheesecake....like I baked it and everything! Big Papa and eating machine JR. had eaten all of it within two days. I attempted to go Black Friday shopping, but I didn't get up until 5:45 am. (Yes, that is considered late on Black Friday terms!)I still went out, and was able to get everything that I wanted. After hearing about the poor man that was trampled to death on Black Friday by the crazy, deal hungry, Walmart shoppers, I am glad that I didn't have to fight the malicious crowds.
Now, we are getting ready for Christmas. Presents to wrap and put under the tree, Christmas cards to send out (which will mailed tomorrow so you can find one in a mailbox near you soon) and various other things to do. I love Christmas!
