Her name is...

LOLA....She was a show girl..LOL (Everyone has been singing that song since we got her) We got a new puppy last week, and her name is Lola. She is a mix of Great Pyrenees and Lab and is about 11 weeks old. I took the girls to a shelter over spring break with the intentions of only *looking* at dogs so we could get a good idea of what type of dog would be best for us when we moved to the new house. Long story short.....when we were about to leave, a girl (who so reminded me of Leigha) was walking down the driveway with a dog wrapped in a towel. She said that she was driving on a road near our house when she noticed the puppy in a ditch on the side of the road. She took care of it for a couple of days, but lived in an apartment and couldn't keep her. The girls fell in love with the pup and it just seemed to be fate that we were to have her as our dog. So, she came home with us.
