New Recipe

Toasted Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

2 cups of Pecans
1 egg white
1/2 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Coat the pecans in the egg white. Mix the cinnamon, sugar and salt together and put over the pecans. Place pecans on a greased cookie sheet and cook at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes in the oven, flip the pecans over to avoid them sticking to the cookie sheet. Take them out and let them cool. Enjoy!
