Sunday is family dinner night around here and I am trying out new dessert recipes with my family acting as my guinea pigs. LOL So, I decided to try to make my first cheesecake ever...like the real deal cheesecake, not the kind from out of a box. For my first time, I think it turned out muy bueno! The center could have been a bit more firm, but I will adjust my cooking time the next time I make one. Here it is, my lemon cheesecake:
