Last week, the girls enjoyed VBS. It was a fantastic activity for them and they learned a lot.

I just love love love that the girls went to Bible School.
I taught CCD to spanish kids in a less than fortunate church. I spent ONE day with them and OMG I was taken back. The kids had to say the OH Father in English but no one knew it. Funny thing is that I do not know it in English either. So the kids said: "If Miss Mara doesnt know it in English then we do not have to either". LOL. The other teacher that was there, made me write it on a piece of paper and say it outloud with the kids. It is also humbling to see how the kids react to God. In their hearts I dont think they truly understand God but in the other hand I feel that they understand better than we do. Their hearts do not know life the way us adults know it, to them everthing is cotton candy and sweet memories. Hopefully having parents who teach us about God helps us to stay young at heart and always know God in our adult life as we knew him when we were children. Sorry rambling, hehe I LOVE YOU and I admire that you take the girls to Bible School for kids know what we teach them.
