This morning, we drove downtown and donated all of this to a shelter for abused women and children.
We were able to give them a box filled to the top with new toys for their Holiday Store, 15 coats/jackets to keep them warm, 4 bags of womens and childrens clothing, 1 bag of winter gear (hats, gloves, scarves, etc) and 1 bag of new toiletry items. The shelter was very grateful and when we told them to have a great Christmas, the lady said "I know you all will have a great Christmas!"...almost like she was saying that our kindness wouldn't be forgotten. It makes me feel so happy that we were able to help them out as I am sure a lot of their clients are going through an extremely rough time. I think this is my new favorite organization to give to!

that awesome.....I donate everything to a local place that gives scholarships, and helps peole when they have house fires and such, it is great....took 8 trash bags last week alone
