Can you tell me what happened at the Alamo?

We can! On our trip to San Antonio, we took the girls to see the Alamo. While the location of the Alamo is a bit different than I had imagined, it was still really awesome! I envisioned it being on a big piece of sprawling Texas land with a long road winding to the front of the building. In reality, it ended up being in the middle of downtown San Antonio, right off one of the main streets. No matter where it is, it is a piece of history that I am glad we were able to show our children.
